The Reggaeton genre originated in Puerto Rico in the late 1990s, influenced by hip hop and Latin American and Caribbean music.
Jamaican dancehall producers created the dembow riddim. Dembow is made up of a kick drum, a kickdown drum, a palito, a snare drum, timbals, timballrolls, and a high-hat cymbal. Dembow's percussion pattern was inspired by dancehall and other West Indian music (soca, calypso, and cadence), lending dembow a pan-Caribbean character.
All of our Logic templates Cubase templates and Ableton templates from DAW LibrarY are created using only DAW built-in tools and plugins. This eliminates compatibility issues with plug-ins and tools from other manufacturers.
We use audio tracks for vocals and FX in our templates. All synthesizers and sampler instruments are on midi tracks and can be edited or replaced with other instruments.
All DAW LibrarY reggaeton templates can be freely edited: modify any sound, all synthesizer parameters, chords, melodies, and more.
