Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, is a multi-talented Canadian artist known for his skills as a rapper, singer, and songwriter. He has had a significant impact on contemporary popular music, particularly in the realm of hip hop, where he is credited with bringing elements of R&B and singing to the genre. Drake first gained recognition for his acting role as Jimmy Brooks in the CTV teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation from 2001 to 2008. However, he later transitioned to music and released his debut mixtape, Room for Improvement, in 2006.
