Can’t find the Flux Wavetable Synth in Halion Sonic SE3.
Flux is exclusive to Cubase Artist and Cubase Pro.

Turning off Constrain Delay Compensation.
Cubase Pro 12 won't open synths Prologue, Mystic, Spector.
Cubase Pro 12 no longer contains these synths from older versions of Cubase.
But there is a way to solve this problem: in the program file of Cubase Pro 10 or 11 there is a folder VST3 which contains the file SynthEngine.vst3. Copy this file to your VST3 plugins folder. Now you can open the Cubase 12 program and all 3 synthesizers will work as in the old versions of Cubase. This trick allows you to open old projects that used Prologue, Mystic, Spector.
